Abstract

The authors raise the problem of defining the object of criminal-legal protection in the sphere of genetic technologies on the basis of criminal-legal modeling of this category of crimes. The question of conceptual and categorical apparatus of the investigated legal relations is considered. The article formulates prerequisites for further research of possibilities of criminalization of socially dangerous acts in the sphere of genetic technologies taking into account the peculiarities of their object.
