The article examines the feathers of administrative and legal regimes in the
Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. It is noted that the level of public
administration in this region and ensuring security directly depend on the
forms and methods of application of administrative and legal regulation.
In case of adoption of changes in the field of regulation of the Arctic
administrative and legal regimes, it is proposed to introduce additional
requirements, prohibitions and restrictions for all subjects that would be
applicable specifically for the Arctic regions. For example, it is possible to
regulate additional powers of federal executive authorities operating under
certain regimes.
The general characteristics of using of special administrative and legal regimes
for managing certain territories of the country are also examined, taking
into account their specifics and individual characteristics.
The Arctic Region of our country is beginning to actively and progressively
develop. Consequently, resolving issues related to the administrative and
legal regime and legal regulation of various fields of activity in the territory
of this region seems relevant at the present time.
